“I used John/London AirCon to install a multi-split system for two bedrooms at home. At all times he was easy to get hold of (even if I wasn’t as I made an initial enquiry while on holiday so wouldn’t have been surprised if he gave up on the enquiry).
His initial quote was really competitive and when I discovered that the install may be 0% vat rated, he checked with his accountant and reissued the invoice within 45 minutes.

Once the job was agreed the units were delivered on an agreed date and John worked meticulously on the day of installation, even if we did have an issue with our consumer unit! When we managed to get the issue fixed he explained the operation of the units and had them running fully before leaving.

I couldn’t rate John highly enough, from turning being on time, performing a quality, tidy install and clearing all of the rubbish. I was especially pleased that he was happy to check and apply the reduction in VAT. I would certainly recommend him to anyone wanting any similar work done.”

“We were so impressed with the speed of response through to quotation. We have considered having Air conditioning installed for some time but were put off by the ugly external units.

John is obviously experienced in his field & designed our system so that the external units are discretely positioned either side of the property & not visible from the road or court yard.

The inside units are small & silent but powerful enough to chill each room within minutes.
